This place in under new ownership/management, the owner Ali is great, he is super caring and a professional, i can write the whole review about him but let's get down to business. First big order i did there was catering. My company had a lunch and i decided to order from zaytoona, a tray of chicken, tray of rice, tray of salad, tray of hummous. Starting 1 by 1. First the chicken, super tender and moist, the Chicken breasts are huge! And the sauce! Man oh man the chicken sauce is out of this world definitely 1 of 1. The rice, the rice tray was filllleeeddd like when i say filled it was a whole dome! There was at least 8 pound of rice in that tray! It was perfect long Basmati rice. Then you get to the salad, super fresh and crisp veggies, the pita chips were fried perfect, but again there was wayyyyy too much for that tray! Either ease on the portion or put in a different tray! The salad dressing was super old school fattoush dressing, it was nice and clean and super flavorful i can eat it by it's self. The hummous mannnnnnnnn i could not get enough, it was soooo good, super fresh! The seasonings on it and the olive oil is to die for. Last but not least! The garlic sauce!! OUT OF THIS WORLD! i took a thing of garlic home because it's truly the best I've ever had! A+++++ i will definitely be back!

Best falafel sandwich I've ever had. I mean I'll drive out my way for another one. I called in my order and it was ready in like 5 minutes. This spot is staying on my list

Me and my wife fly into Michigan and visit family in the metro Detroit area a few times a year. Our favorite thing to do is try the amazing selection of Lebanese restaurants. We came to Zaytoona Mediterranean Grill today for brunch. What a beautiful selection of great tasting and authentic breakfast items as well as lunch options. The food was delicious and fresh and the service was even better. Everything tasted like it should and while we have our favorites in the area- none of them compare to this hidden gem.

Honestly the best Mediterranean food in the area. The quality has been drastically increased since there was a new change in management and it's not only shown in the service but the food as well. You can tell that everything is freshly made from the taste of the chicken, to the hummus, and even the freshly picked vegetables in the salad. Since its remodel, there's much more room so I will definitely be coming back here many times to try everything on the menu.

New place that I thought I'd try. You do get your money's worth of food. When looking at the menu, I thought they were a little high priced on a few items, compared to other Mediterranean restaurants in the area. I visited this place on a Sunday afternoon and we were the only customers there for awhile. I don't know if its the wrong area, or maybe because there are so many Mediterranean restaurants in East Dearborn. So this place has to do something to stand out. In a location where there's not much traffic, so I'm hoping that it does well.
I ordered the Shish Kafka dinner....and was surprised on how much meat and fries was on the plate. The Kafka has a good taste but I found it a little dry (maybe overcooked?) I'm comparing it to one of my favorite restaurant in East Dearborn, as well as what my neighbor makes for me. My companion had the Chicken Caesar wrap and he said it was very tasty, and cooked well. Fresh hot bread it a plus, and tastes great with the seasoned olive oil that comes with it. Service was fast, and refill on drinks without asking, but like I said we were the only ones there. Place was very well decorated and clean.
I can't give it an outstanding review, and I don't want to give it a bad review...like I said, it's almost like the other restaurants of this type in the area. Tried it once, but sticking to my usual place.
